Yes sounds weird enough, but dark chocolate is actually very nutritious. Milk chocolate is unhealthy since it is high in added sugars and high in fat content, which can lead to medical conditions later on.
2. Oatmeal Alternately for Cereals
Cereals are known to be high in sugar usually. The average cereals contain about 20 grams of sugar per serving. That is 67% amount of the sugar you should eat in a day. Oatmeal on the other hand only has about 1 gram of sugar per serving. Oatmeal is extremely nutritious because it can lower your blood sugar, can help lose weight, benefits with skincare, and decrease the chance of childhood asthma. Don't forget that this is only for steel-cut and rolled oats, not instant oats.
3. Fresh Juice Substituted for Sodas
Sodas can be one of the worst drinks to drink. Because of its very high sugar, many doctors do not recommend it. One small soda can (12 fl oz) can be approximately 40 grams of sugar, which is well above the daily recommended amount. Fresh juice is almost the same as soda other than the fact that it has no carbonation and healthier. Fresh juice has tons of antioxidants along with plenty of healthy fiber. Fresh juice also has no preservatives.
4. Air Fried Foods Other Than Fried Foods
Air fried foods taste about the same as fried foods while being much better than deep-fried foods. Usually, most air-fried foods cut down nearly 75% of calories. It also contains much less fat. It doesn't have many harmful effects like what you would have for normal fried foods. Eating lots of fried foods increases the chance of getting heart disease.
